Imagine: you're really tense, you've been using the computer for hours, you're sick of everything about it, when, suddenly, a poofy cloud pops up *magically* onto your desktop, and, like a breath of fresh air, fills you with eternal joy. If you have a mac with Growl installed.
Okay, maybe it's not a transformational experience. But still, it does cheer you up. I'm using this theme right now, and I relax a little whenever I see it pop up to tell me what song is playing, when my downloads finish, whatever. The preview image doesn't do it justice.
The theme comes in two versions. The normal "Cloud" theme uses a large cloud, with the text centered below the title [shown in the center of the preview image], whereas the "Cloud Mini" theme uses a smaller cloud with no text save the title of the message, and a couple of small billows forming an ellipses below. Hover your cursor over the ellipsis and the full text appears on another cloud layer. I reccomend assigning the mini versions to growltunes or bowtie [for music], or anything that can be communicated with just the title and the icon. The larger [normal] version is ideal for more text-heavy things.
Both of these themes are still a work in progress. There are certain issues [text wrapping is still buggy] that I have noticed, and there may be other more subtle ones yet to be discovered. In my limited testing these caused no functional issues, and it was worth it just to see the little cloud pop up once in a while
Anyone who has ideas, edits, or complaints, please post them. I hope to continue working on this, but unless I recieve feedback from you I will only make changes when I find issues that impede my usage.
Works well on any wallpaper, but I would recommend "sky" wallpapers, as they make the cloud look most at home.
